The Santa Maria Police Council is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporation that serves to support “YOUR” Santa Maria Police Department. Our Mission is to raise funds for safety materials, equipment, training and support beyond what the Police Department’s Annual Budget allows.
Prior purchases have included Bearcat Armor Vehicle, Tasers for every Officer, Training Weapons, Crime Lab Equipment, K-9 Unit, K-9 Training, Night Vision Training, State-of-the-art Property and Evidence Management System, Kevlar Ballistic Vests, Sponsor of Life Facing Bars (A Gang Prevention Documentary).
